SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Delivery is available across Pakistan. Cash on Delivery orders use a PKR 250 delivery charge per item.
- For Cash on Delivery accessory orders, the delivery/booking charge is paid in advance before dispatch and is included in the checkout total.
- Mobile Emporium confirms dispatch details directly after the order request is received.
ACCESSORY ORDERS
- Accessory-only orders can use the store's Cash on Delivery process after the required PKR 250 per-item advance is received.
- The advance is the delivery/booking amount already displayed in cart and checkout.
- The remaining product balance shown at checkout is payable on delivery. Customers who choose full advance payment receive free delivery after payment confirmation with Mobile Emporium.
IPHONE ORDERS
- iPhones are dispatched only after full payment confirmation.
- Cash on Delivery is not available for iPhone purchases.
- Full advance payment is confirmed directly with Mobile Emporium before dispatch and qualifies for free delivery.
MIXED IPHONE + ACCESSORY ORDERS
If an order contains an iPhone, the iPhone payment rule applies to the complete order: the full total must be confirmed before dispatch and there is no Cash on Delivery balance.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
- Submitting checkout creates an order request and unique order ID.
- Current product prices, stock and selected variants are re-read from MongoDB by the server before the order is created.
- Mobile Emporium may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm payment and dispatch details.
PRIVACY & PAYMENT INFORMATION
Checkout details are collected to process and manage your order. The Mobile Emporium storefront does not contain an online card-payment form and does not request card details during checkout.
